Job Description
Role & Responsibilities:
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in Bench sales in the US IT Staffing. Experience working with H1B, H1 transfers, EAD US citizens, GC & OPT / CPT candidates.
- Regular interaction with bench candidates and identifying their needs and getting them to project accordingly.
- Experience with full cycle of Sales, sourcing the best requirement, submitting the consultants, negotiating the best rates, following up for interview schedules, closing the best deals.
- Gathering requirements from Tier1 Vendors, clients, Job portals and other networking methods. Candidate should have experience working with Implementation Partners/ Universities/ White Vendors Etc... Versatile Recruiter and Technically sound.
- Responsible for editing and formatting resumes matching consistency and giving visual and technical perfection to them for presenting it to clients.
- Maintaining Candidate/Vendor relation on the progress of submittals made, Interview Coordination and taking care of the joining formalities, background checks and references.
- Responsible for negotiation, paperwork validation and closed candidates for assigned requisitions.
- Generating new Leads. Maintaining the contacts database. Segregating the leads and adding new contacts to database.
- Well Versed with US Tax terms and Visas.
- Should be able to manage complete cycle of Bench Sales.

Excellent spoken and written English with good comprehension skills. Good typing speed and familiarity with MS Office Tools
